Welcome to our new format weekly online micro business networking event. 45 minutes of focused networking and learning.

After a brief welcome we will split into break out rooms for getting to know you conversations. Typically these will run for 7 minutes and then we'll mix the pairings up for two more rounds.

There will be a short business or personal development presentation delivered by a member followed by some discussion or implementation time. This week we'll be looking at pushing at our comfort zones.

We know that people are finding it increasingly difficult to justify the time they spend networking so this is a lunchtime working session to make it easier to fit into your day. Feel free to bring your lunch.
