The Business Network started 23 years ago in Exeter in Devon. Helen Bennett attended the launch event and found the format so effective in building meaningful, long-term business relationships that eventually she bought the company. Having successfully run The Business Manchester for over twenty years, attracting over 100 senior decision-makers to each of the monthly lunchtime events for the last 13 of those years, Helen has returned to take over the running of The Business Network Exeter.

"I was delighted, although not surprised, to see that there are still members attending the Exeter events who also came to the very first one in 1993." Said Helen. "It is a pleasure to be back, working with such a vibrant group who understand the true collaborative nature of Networking and who appreciate that it is not about the "Hard Sell".
