CherryPick Networking event aiming to shake up the Capital

The UKs leading Bar School is linking up with one of the leading network groups for the licensed trade - and together, they plan to "shake" up London in April.

Established in 2001, Shaker BarSchools® are the UK's leading bartending school dedicated to providing bartending, cocktail and flair related training courses. CherryPick is one of the leading networking events for suppliers to the Licensed Trade and has been connecting people in the Midlands and Reading since 2010.

Shaker and CherryPick have come together to launch their networking event to London based suppliers - and it is being described as a "must attend" event by those involved.

Shaker UK founder and MD Adam Freeth says: "I was recommended to CherryPick by a colleague in Birmingham. I was immediately impressed by how easy it was to make contacts and the quality of those attending. I had struggled to find a networking event in London which would help my business - I found it with CherryPick".

CherryPick founder, Peter Adkins, Licensing lawyer at QualitySolicitors Talbots, says "CherryPick has been running in Birmingham since mid-2010, and despite the recession, we have seen tens of thousands of pounds of business passed between the suppliers who attend. It has become the event to attend in the local calendar. It is targeted networking for the trade, a chance to share experiences and leads and to develop relationships. I am very excited about launching CherryPick into London".

This event is the latest in the CherryPick networking family. In addition to Birmingham (f.2010), there are CherryPick events in Reading and across the West Midlands, which have running successfully for 18 months.

The first CherryPick event in London will be held on the evening of Wednesday 9th April at Shaker & Co., Hampstead Road. Thereafter, it will run monthly on the second Wednesday of each month.
