The Camden and Islington Business Awards launches official website

On October 27th at The Arsenal Emirates Stadium the ICoC and Camden Business Network will be launching its inaugural "CIBAs" evening function. The Camden and Islington Business Awards promises to showcase the very best business talent from across these 2 vibrant boroughs. This is the first time that a business awards recognises the efforts of local business people in the area. The awards are supported by Arsenal, Camden Council and Islington Council and its official charities are Islington Giving and Age UK Camden. We are pleased to announce that nominations are now open through our official website: WWW.CIBAWARDS.COM which showcases the potential success of the awards.

The awards have been established to recognise and celebrate those business owners in Camden and Islington who have successfully grown and maintained their business positioning throughout 2010 and 2011. It is also an opportunity to increase the exposure of the local businesses within the Camden and Islington Area. Businesses are also invited to sponsor a category of the awards to promote their brands and services.

Nominations are welcome from Self-employed business owners, SMEs, Businesses with 5+ employees, Business partnerships, Social enterprises and Charities & Community Interest Companies.

Catergories include 'The Young Entreprenuer of the Year', 'Community engagement/ Regeneration Award', 'Best Creative Business' and 'The People's Choice Award'

Companies are welcome to nominate themselves or their business clients may suggest a nomination - the chamber will then invite companies to complete the nomination form.
