Here are a couple of LinkedIn tips to help you get more from LinkedIn.
"Have a good picture on your LinkedIn profile; a professional head & shoulders shot. It's is a business forum, employers or prospects.
"Make use of LinkedIn status updates: Interesting, useful comments about things you're doing, but not as informally as Twitter.
"Recommendations: Get recommendations from clients, especially when they highlight important parts of your offer. Get you clients to post them on LinkedIn.
