Former Actress, Cathy Underwood, is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur with over 25 years' experience within the health and fitness industry delivering holistic inspired yoga, dance and fitness modules within the community. In addition to offering yoga classes, DVDs and relaxing retreats she has also developed a new Yoga and Inclusive Movement Therapy (IMT) training programme, aimed at people working or supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD or complex needs. The programme has been very well received - with invitations to demonstrate at the Om Yoga Show at Alexandra Palace and write an introduction for a new book, 'Mindful Little Yogis'.

After 13 years working for a company in senior management, Lisa had a life-changing negative mental health experience brought on by a stressful work situation. She was determined to turn this into something positive for others to learn from and decided to set up her own consultancy business, HR Fit for Purpose. She now offers HR consultancy to businesses of all sizes helping them translate' their overwhelming HR obligations into practical everyday practices- ensuring that they are fully 'fit for purpose' when it comes to employing staff. She draws on her own experiences to encourage business leaders to fully understand the importance of pro-actively encouraging and maintaining a healthy workplace culture - in order for the business to thrive.
