Co-Women - Talks at Dinner

Thu 17 March 2022 7pm-10pm

Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa, 60-64 Kings Road, Brighton, BN1 1NA

Jo Child, 07814 736486

£43.71 - £49.10 inc fees

This month's Talks at Dinner event will be held in The Snug at the luxurious Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa, giving you the opportunity to hear from two inspiring and engaging guest speakers whilst enjoying a delicious 2 course set menu.

Upon arrival, there will be a reception of welcome drinks and introductions before guests are seated. This gives everyone the chance to network and connect (informally) with fellow attendees - both members and non-members of Co-Women - and get to know anyone they haven't yet met before we listen to the talks.

Our first guest speaker of the night will be yoga therapist, teacher and trainer Bryony Hamerton who will be discussing 'Mind Body Connection': focusing on emotional well-being and the changes you can make in order to feel really positive about life. Briony will be explaining how the body and mind are connected; your emotions are affected by how you move or don't move your body, and your mental health is intertwined with your physical health. Our second speaker is business woman Harriet Dean-Orange from Harriet's of Hove who will be talking about 'Adapting Business During and After the Pandemic', expressing how a small business made it through such a turbulent time.

Following the talks will be the opportunity to ask any burning questions or discuss and reflect upon what you have learnt with other guests, before tucking in.

Go and grab your ticket now! Co-Women strives to get women in business to enjoy and look forward to networking and social events. Join the Co-Women team and you will build meaningful and genuine connections with your future friends, clients and collaborators.
