Hello All

After successfully running Coffee & Natter in Derby on a once every other month basis we are hugely pleased to announce we will now be holding an event at The Community Enterprise Centre every month with Host Jaz Greer coming on board as Regional Director for Derby. Welcome to the team Jaz! Pathway2Grow hold Coffee & Natter afternoons in various locations including Birmingham, Burton, London, Walsall, Telford, Wolverhampton & Bromsgrove as part of our mission to build a business community that can network, learn and grow together. This free event gives you the opportunity to meet professionals from a range of industries as well as listen to our high quality keynote speakers.

There will be tea, coffee, water, samosas and a range of other foods all provided for free during the afternoon to give you plenty of energy for networking.

1.30pm to 3pm is the formal part with open networking before and afterwards to give those who need to leave for the school run or other meetings the opportunity to take part.

Guest Speaker - Mark Wingfield "3 Highly Practical Techniques To Help Manage Mental Health And Stress Levels"

Mark Wingfield is a specialist in managing fear and conflict. As the youngest and smallest of 3 brothers Mark grew up with an empathy for the underdog and an interest in the different. In 2006 he established MAX Conflict Management to help others with his accumulated wealth of international experience and expertise in managing difficult individuals, teams and situations. He is unusally both a black belt in Six Sigma and a black belt in martial arts. He is a specialist in managing fear and conflict and has two founding principles upon which the MAX business is built. MAX is about "Having FUN! with a serious subject" and delivers only "Practical, Relevant and Realistic" solutions. Mark will explain through the use of a true story how one deceptively simple technique will allow you to reduce the emotional impact of a prior experience and/or reduce your fears surrounding a possible

future event. He will also teach you another highly practical technique that will enable you to be able to think your way out of a very challenging situation and finally a technique for you and your loved ones to keep those that at a safe distance that you don't want to get too close.

About The Event

The Pathway2Grow "Coffee and Natter" business networking event is relaxed networking centred around a guest speaker, which will involve a presentation on a topic of interest to anyone seeking self-development and personal and business growth. Attendees are given the option of introducing themselves with a one minute intro to the rest of the floor; however, there is absolutely no pressure to do so!

We believe we provide a no pressure environment. If you wish to network that's fine, but if not then come and listen to the speakers. We believe we are an event for non-traditional networkers as well as experienced networkers.
