4Networking Runcorn Breakfast is a Fortnightly breakfast networking group on a Thursday from 8am until 10am.

Full English Breakfast, Vegetarian Breakfast or Continental Breakfast, and refreshments are included in the meeting costs.

This meeting has a brilliant 4sight from Martin Thomas (Personal Asset Management Ltd) titled "It's not the end of the world". Martin Thomas will share with you how he prepares his mind on a daily basis to live a more stress free life. It's your choice how you think.

The format of the meeting is 30 mins of open networking, followed by food whilst we each get 40 seconds to tell everyone what we do.

After that we have an informative member talk (which can't be a sales pitch) and then we finish with three 10 minute 1-2-1 appointments with people you choose from the meeting.

The meeting cost is £15 and this includes food and refreshments.
