Come to our 5R's Circle event: Release, Revive, Request, Refuel, Restore. Your ultimate straight talking well-being check in. Co-Women has your social life sorted so you can focus on your business.

5R's is your straight-talking, monthly wellbeing check-in where you are encouraged to talk about the experiences that haven't been ok for you recently. The purpose of this exercise is simply to release these stresses into a safe environment, not for them to be engaged with. It is a chance for you to offload and feel a weight lifted off of your shoulders. Through verbally releasing our stresses instead of dwelling on them, we reduce cortisol and make way for the good hormones to flow. Following this will be some dance therapy, laughter yoga, group coaching and meditation.
