We are delighted to anounce that we have The International Coach and Trainer 'Majid Waris' keynoting. His topic of discussion will be: 'Creating Success on your own Terms'

18:30-19:00 Registration and Networking over soft drinks

19:00-19:15 Introduction & Welcome with an opportunity given to delegates to introduce themselves to the group as well in under a minute and moving on to Poppadom and Chutney.

20:30-20.45 Main meal will be served - choice of main meal from a selection, then a sweet dish for all

Majid Waris - International Risk Management Consultant, Trainer, Keynote Speaker and Host P2GLive. Majid Waris is the Managing Director of an International Risk Management Consultancy based in the Midlands, UK. Majid is a graduate in Law, a Certified Prince2 Project Management Practitioner, Certified Auditor, Qualified Trainer and Qualified HSE Consultant. In the realms of Risk Management, Majid's Consultancy practice was commissioned to work on one of the world's largest Construction Projects in the Middle East. Majid held the post of Senior Risk Management Consultant and Strategic Manager if the team on the world-renowned Masjid Al Haram, in Makkah (Saudi Arabia) from 2014 until 2016. His role involved advising and providing consultancy support to senior stakeholders, Project Managers and Principal Contractor, in addition to liaising with high profile dignitaries and representatives appointed by the King of Saudi Arabia. Majid travelled to Makkah every month for 20 days to provide on-site consultancy support to the world's largest construction conglomerate and was also actively involved in conducting the Risk Assessment to extract the crane out of the Mas'a area of Masjid al Haram during the infamous incident of the crane collapse in September 2015. In addition to holding the post of Managing Director for Waris International Consulting Ltd., Majid is also the founder and CEO of UK's first and only Consultancy, 'FaithSafe', providing compliance support for faith-based organisations and places of worship. This includes Health and Safety, Employment Law, Insurance and Safeguarding requirements. Majid is also a multi-award-winning Business Development Trainer & Coach, with over a decade of experience in selling and training sales professionals in both; Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business (B2B) markets. Majid has held Business Development posts in 'blue chip' and corporate organisations such as British Telecom (BT) in addition to various other international organisations, whilst selling Microsoft & CISCO products, amongst others. Majid has won numerous accolades for his record-breaking performances as a Sales Professional and Sales Manager and delivers training and coaching services in the art of 'intelligent questioning' to business owners. These techniques break common misconceptions of having to focus on 'features and benefits' in a typical sales meeting. On behalf of the Pathway Group, Majid has also been appointed as Director and Host of 'P2G Live', a platform where Majid invites prominent business personalities and interviews them 'live' whilst giving an audience of almost 10,000 businesses the opportunity to ask questions from the guest in the studio.
