Centre of excellence for Lean Manufacturing, awarded National Microelectronics Institute (NMI) Manufacturing site of the year 2012 in recognition of Lean deployment and overall site performance. Have also worked in partnership with the Toyota lean management centre Deeside for last 5 years and represented Wales at the 2015 European Lean Summit in Dublin.
