Personal Development, empowerment and continued learning are key elements for a fulfilling career. Businesses continuously explore ways to effectively develop employees at different levels within their organisations. How best might your development needs be achieved?

Our May event allows us to explore the impact of mentoring and coaching from both the perspective of a leadership coach and a mentee whose development has been steered positively through a mentor's support.

Hosted at EY Birmingham, please join WiBA as Tara Zutshi leads our event sharing her experience and knowledge of how, mentoring, coaching and sponsorship programmes can benefit personal development and your team's or business' development. As an executive coach and founder of Beacon Women, Tara's passion and expertise lie in developing teams and individuals to reach their full potential. Beacon Women specialises in helping organisations create more gender balance through sponsorship programmes, inclusive leadership coaching and culture transformation work.

Our session will explore the importance, relevance and power of mentoring and coaching alongside guidance on how to establish a successful programme.
