Thor has been investing in property for 17 years, having bought his first property at age 19 in Australia. He worked in the UK construction industry for 5 years up to 2010, working as a foreman building shops and apartments around Ireland and the UK. Thor started investing in London in 2009 and to date has bought and/or sold 36 UK properties predominantly in London totaling over £10 million in value. His key skill sets are finding and structuring deals that are profitable and win/win for all involved.

Matt Cartwright:

Stefan Canavan:

Stefan with his business partner had both worked as business strategy consultants for the likes of EY. Both were entrepreneurial in mindset and after leaving consulting, set-up in the property world and began working together. They've become developers and property managers, with projects funded by high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and joint ventures (JVs).

In a few years, they've grown to a portfolio of 70 units, focused on London and particularly Croydon, with Manchester and Stoke new areas for growth. They have 50 units over 6 sites currently in development

Stuart Ross

Stuart's passion is connecting investors to the right deal in today's highly profitable real estate environment. His extensive experience in property investment dates back to 1993, before which he pursued an investment banking career. This long track record has allowed Stuart to develop a vast network of motivated, experienced, and results-driven property experts and investors.

Rudi Ramdarshan is a partner of the firm and The Legal 500 recommended Lawyer in the dispute resolution department specialising in commercial and property litigation at our Baker Street office.

Property litigation: his client base includes high net worth individuals, charities and substantial corporate investors, including many based overseas, offshore, or inter alia the BVI, Bahamas, Mauritius, Seychelles, Romania, Turkey and the Isle of Man.
