Meet, mix and mingle with like minded business men and women from the local area.

This is a great way of networking, without the monthly or yearly subscription fees. You just pay when you would like to attend.

Standing up and speaking about yourself and your business, fills some people with dread. They get sweaty palms, they talk at 100 miles an hour and just list off things that doesn't necessarily make sense. This month we have Gavin Meikle who will be talking to us about how to present yourself in your 1 minute presentation, and to get the best out of your time in front of others.

Gavin has a wealth of knowledge on public speaking, and has even written a book about it.

The price is only £15 per meeting, and includes refreshments, hot lunch and the meeting.

Starting at 12 noon till around 2pm.

Places need to be booked in advance for catering purposes.

The Venue is directly opposite Drift Bar in Palmerstone Road, Southsea

The easiest place to park would be Marmion Road in Waitrose car park, which is only £2 for 2 hours. Alternatively, you can park on the roadside near the venue.
