Lanarkshire Business Hub - Lanarkshire Business Hub Networking Breakfast

We hope many of you will be able to join us for our first event of the new session where John Hoey, Lecturer at New College Lanarkshire will encourage you to join in "A Leadership Conversation!"

Since retiring from the Fire Service in South Yorkshire where he was Assistant Chief Fire Officer and Director of HR, John has been involved as a non-executive director for a national charity, works part time for the children's panel, is a part time lecturer with New College Lanarkshire, a management coach and 'Chair' of his local Citizens Advice Bureau in East Kilbride.

At this event John will facilitate a discussion on leadership, talk about how leadership worked for him in life threatening situations and run a short interactive session on developing your own leadership model.

After John's presentation we will welcome along Eliot Jordan of South Lanarkshire Council who will give an update on the Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards. These are one of the longest established business awards highlighting the success and diversity of the Lanarkshire business community. The Awards celebrate and promote the success and achievements of Lanarkshire businesses.
