Being able to speak up for yourself whilst respecting the rights of others is a great confidence booster. This half day course includes role play, looking at different types of behaviour and how they make others feel. Understanding and experiencing assertiveness will help participants make a positive contribution towards decision making and engagement.

This half day is the follow on from the full day Assertiveness and Confidence Building course.
