Mahfuz is a Solicitor based in Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, a leading Legal 500 City law firm, specialising in Real Estate and Commercial and Corporate matters.

Mahfuz is well known for his strong grasp of Real Estate and Commercial law and for the outstanding service he provides his clients. He is experienced in acting for investors, buyers and sellers of commercial property, residential investments and on all stages of the development cycle.

Neil Mangan

Neil bought his first property at the age of 25, a 2 bed ex council flat. Immediately re- mortgaging he then went onto purchase a 2 bed house for £70k, selling that within 3 months for £125k. Within the next 3 years he continued to flip properties whilst travelling around Asia/Europe (having a great time in the process). With the easily availability of credit in the UK at the time Neil felt property prices soon became overheated in his native city of Coventry and stopped purchasing.

In 2008 he set up a company to secure repossessed properties throughout the UK (doing 15 a day) with some well known Asset Management companies. This enabled him to purchase more properties (HMO's) within the catchment area of the Unversity of Warwick and began letting to postgraduate students.

To date he has 4 HMO's and 2 Multi's lets and is keen on purchasing more. However his main focus is learning about Developments, crowdfunding, and promoting his new sales and letting business Homexperts Kensington & Chelsea.
